Towgenz ▪ EduSphere collects information essential for educational administration, including student records, academic performance, and financial transaction history. We act as a data processor; the institution remains the data controller.
Collected data is used solely for the purpose of providing the EduSphere service: generating reports, processing fees, and facilitating communication between the school and parents.
We employ industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Our infrastructure is hosted on secure, compliant cloud servers with regular automated backups.
Data is never sold. We only share data with authorized sub-processors (e.g., payment gateways, SMS providers) necessary to deliver specific features of the platform.
Institutions and parents have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data. Such requests should be directed to the school administration, which manages the data via EduSphere.
