Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EduSphere, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

SaaS License

EduSphere grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software specifically for internal institutional administration purposes.

Subscription & Payments

Services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly). Failure to settle invoices within 30 days may result in temporary suspension of services until payment is resolved.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt to bypass security measures.

Limitation of Liability

EduSphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

Service Availability

We strive to ensure 99.9% uptime, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance via email notification to administrators.

Data Ownership

All data uploaded to EduSphere remains the property of the institution. Upon termination of service, you may request a complete data export within 30 days.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will securely delete all data after providing an export option to the institution.
